Record Box E

Record Box E: Pure vinyl listening pleasure plus recording functionality!

Record Box E is an high-quality phono preamplifier, that offers the possibility to convert your valuable vinyls into computer music data. Record Box E accepts both MM & MC cartridges and gives audiophile music experience at an entry level price. The integrated A/D converter operates with Windows and MAC operating systems and connects via USB to your computer. Therefore your valuable vinyl collection can be digitised, especially for use in portable music players. Advanced circuitry and SMD construction keep noise and distortion at a surprisingly low level. REVIEW & AWARDS

Pro-Ject Record Box E review: Turn a turntable into a vinyl ripper - Read More

"If, on the other hand, you’re committed to high-res audio or are looking to create archive-quality vinyl copies, the 16-bit/48kHz files the Record Box E generates might not be up to the standards you’re aiming for. But if you’re planning to stream to Sonos or similarly wireless speakers, or if you’ll be burning CD copies of your converted vinyl, the Record Box E will yield excellent results. For the overwhelming majority users who already own a turntable, this Pro-Ject preamp will be the easiest way to convert your vinyl collection to digital files. " - James Barber
