The NAD CI 8-150 DSP V2 Multi-Channel Amplifier is designed to deliver the most refined audio performance to the rack space. Power Where It Matters Most
With 150 watts available per channel, the CI 8-150 DSP V2 is designed for zones that demand the very best sonic performance. It is well suited for larger rooms, high end loudspeakers, or home theatre systems. Using NADs HybridDigital amplification with customized Hypex nCore output stages combined with a robust power supply and high current output and load invariant design the CI8-150 DSP v2 can deliver the most satisfying sound in the most demanding environments. Channels can be bridged, providing enough power to drive architectural subwoofers.
Full Diclosure Power
NAD has always provided real world power specification for amplifiers; we refer to this as FDP (or Full Disclosure Power). It means that the power rating provided refers to continuous power, with all channels driven simultaneously into an 8ohm load, using a full frequency test tone and with THD at rated power. This is especially important when delivering high performance audio systems where meeting a clients expectations on performance and reliability are essential, and allows the integrator to specify an amplifier that will meet the demands of the system.
Integrated DSP for System Accuracy
The CI 8-150 DSP V2 incorporates onboard digital signal processing to help installers fine-tune performance to the loudspeakers and environment. DSP allows for precise adjustment to achieve balanced output and consistent tonal response across zones, while providing protection for the speakers with the use of Peak and RMS Limiters as well as setting crossovers for integrated subwoofers.
Intuitive Setup and Control
NAD’s DSP amplifiers are configured via an intuitive web UI. A Dashboard provides real time critical information, power settings, I/O, Zone configuration and DSP can all be configured from within this clean and simple interface.
