Flat Panel VMT

Wall and ceiling acoustic panel made from PET, produced mainly from recycled plastic bottles. The dyeing technology of VMT sound absorbers allows to simulate stones, wood and custom designs.

Sustainable acoustic panel for wall and ceiling

Flat Panel VMT is an innovative acoustic panel for sound absorption developed and manufactured by Vicoustic from VicPET Wool, a non-woven textile material produced mainly from recycled plastic bottles, enhanced for superb acoustic performance.

With the innovative dyeing technique introduced by Virtual Material Technology, Flat Panel VMT panels can simulate concrete, marble, wood and other materials, achieving an amazing and realistic look in any setting. Aesthetically, the VMT acoustic panel comes in a wide range of patterns and collections, such as Natural Stones, Natural Wood, Concrete, Nature and Solid Colors.

Custom-design panels

Acoustic panels with the unique VMT technology also allow custom designs, including the printing of images, logos and company signage, that can be industrially bonded to the panels without losing their acoustic qualities.

Flat Panel VMT panels are designed to perform primarily in the medium and high frequencies. Therefore, these panels provide a great acoustic solution to implement in any commercial or residential setting and can be used on ceilings and walls. The applications for Flat Panel VMT are infinite, making it perfect for both new construction and refurbishment projects.

The VMT acoustic panel can be fixed to any surface with Vicoustic fixation solutions, such as high tack glue.

VMT enhancement with VicSpacer

An important upgrade to Flat Panel VMT is the VicSpacer fixation system. By spacing the panel 40 mm away from the walls or ceiling, VicSpacer helps to enhance the VMT acoustic performance in the medium and low-frequency regions and was designed to cover the white sides of VMT. The Flat Panel VMT range includes a Chroma Key solid color, designed for greenscreen studios: Chroma Key.
