JERSEY MC170 – 3-way floorstanding speaker
The Jersey MC170 is a 3-way floorstanding speaker designed for rich and ultra-dynamic sound reproduction. It combines the richness and finesse of a coaxial midrange-tweeter with the density and precision of its two high-powered woofers. It is surprisingly easy to use and delivers a consistent sound in all directions.

Developed using the technical solutions that have made the Cabasse Eole satellite a success, the MC170 range's 2-way coaxial speaker adds to the fidelity of timbres a depth and realism of sound image unmatched in its category in high fidelity as well as in home cinema.
Large-extension woofers
The shape of the 17cm driver's basket was specially designed by Cabasse to provide maximum mechanical rigidity and a low resonant frequency, resulting in improved bass extension without coloration. The long voice coil on a Kapton former is perfectly ventilated, the vertical port radiates sound 360°, and power handling and acceleration capabilities are exceptional.
HDSE filters
The Cabasse protocol for measurements in an anechoic chamber takes into account on-axis and 360° measurements for perfect control of directivity and total radiated power, in accordance with the Cabasse principle of Homogeneous Distribution of Sonic Energy (HDSE). Direct and reflected sounds are homogeneous, resulting in a wide and stable soundstage.
