High-Quality MM phono preamp
We wanted a truly stunning phono stage to match and give the T2 Super Phono unrivalled longevity and audio performance. The T2 Super Phono debuts a brand new dual-stage split-passive phono preamp design for that reason!

MM cartridge
This cartridge skillfully places instruments & vocals right where they belong - hand-crafted in Japan!

Spring-based
The T2 Super Phono comes with a brand new adjustable spring-based anti-skating mechanism that optimizes its performance

Commited to longevity & sustainability
Made in Europe by a turntable factory with decades of experience!

Completely New Built-in Phono Stage

The T2 Super Phono has a high-quality dual stage split-passive MM phono preamp – as first seen in our critically acclaimed T2 W. Because of the additional PCB space we have on the T2 Super Phono, we were able to improve the design and layout a notch, which gives the T2 Super Phono even more fighting power for longevity and audio performance. And the phono stage can be turned off should you ever want to use MC cartridges on your T2 Super Phono.

REVIEW & AWARDS

Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono – Noble for vinyl beginners - Read More

"Like the Pro-Ject T2 W turntable, the new Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono is also intended to be the big brother of the Pro-Ject T1 turntable, whereby particular attention was paid to high-quality materials, an elegant appearance and, of course, impeccable sound quality for this new turntable in the Pro-Ject T Line. From Pro-Ject Audio Systems‘ point of view, the new Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono is an entry-level turntable that sets new standards in this class." - Michael Holzinger

Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono Turntable - Read More

"The table to beat in its price range. The T2 Super Phono got to the heart and soul of the music I played – it was a blast to spin and experience. It has as much kick, punch, power, and demonstrative abilities as way more expensive machines. The T2’s own phono preamp had warmth and detail retrieval in spades. " - Mike Mettler

Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono - Read More

"The T2 Super Phono looks at first as though it treads on the toes of other Pro-Ject designs, but the more time you spend with it the more sense it makes. This is a plug-and-play model that combines ease of use with an attractive design, and enough hi-fi sensibilities to delight. The result is a very fine turntable indeed.  " - Ed Selley

Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono Turntable Review - Read More

"The turntable that Pro-Ject has built here is a fascinating one and its role in the range makes more sense after some time spent with it. Unlike the truly performance focused Debut Carbon with its huge upgrade options and more streamlined spec, the T2 is a prettier, slightly more (but not disparagingly so) ‘lifestyle.’ You sense that most will be installed, making use of their phono stage and preset settings to sound good out the box and for the rest of its life. So convincingly does the Pro-Ject do this, it’s hard to feel in any way short changed by the result and the T2 Super Phono comes Highly Recommended as a result. " - Ed Selley

Pro-Ject Audio Systems T2 Super Phono Turntable with Sumiko Oyster Rainier cartridge - Read More

"Pro-Ject Audio can take justifiable pride in their T2 Super Phono. It’s a good-looking unit, it has very good speed accuracy, it’s gentle with records, and, most importantly, it sounds terrific. At $649, it represents fine value for the money. If someone asked me my opinion of the best turntables in its price range, I would certainly rank the T2 Super Phono as one of the top two or three. If the Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono fits your budget, it would be foolish not to give it very strong consideration. " - Thom Moon
