The Ansuz Digitalz D-TC Gold Signature is Ansuz top-of-the-line USB cable. It is equipped with Ansuz most sophisticated and most advanced noise reduction, resonance control and dither technologies, which has been further optimized by the implementation of gold and zirconium. The result is a refined authenticity and a lifelike musical experience.
The challenge was to find the optimal amount of gold in the composition with silver and copper. The result is the Ansuz Gold Signature series, which presents the music with an extremely clear, natural and sonic reproduction.

 

Technologies and Components

Cutting edge technologies.

Ansuz develops and manufactures cables based on advanced, cutting edge technologies. Ansuz cables deliver a pure signal flow that unleashes the authentic sound originally intended by the master recording. To achieve this, it is imperative to lower resistance, curb induction and reduce noise floor to a minimum. The more advanced the cable series, the more refined and sophisticated the implemented technologies, and the more transparent, holistic and authentic the resulting soundstage.

The conductors consist of four wires, each made with shielded silver-plated copper.

 

 

 

Housing – Natural sound reproduction

The housing is surface treated with Ansuz Signature coating. This coating is ensuring an absolutely natural sound reproduction. The Ansuz Signature coating is applied to the housing in a HiPIMS (High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering) process, and creates the finest, and most uniform layers of zirconium and tungsten followed by a layer consisting of aluminium titanium nitride and finally a layer of zirconium.

 

 

 

The Tesla coil principle

The key operating principle of the Ansuz Tesla coil is to have two coils wound in opposite directions – one coil and one counter coil. In Ansuz words, this is called “A double inverted coil”. The two coils both carry voltage, and when one of the Tesla coils encounters a voltage spike, a counter spike is activated to eliminate the noise. Since noise spikes are pure voltage carrying virtually no charge, the cancelation is quite good, but not perfect. Adding more Tesla coils in parallel, increases the noise cancellation and the perceived blackness in the music increases significantly along with the purity and clarity of the sound. Ansuz uses various types of Tesla coils, as their individual properties ideally complement and reinforce each other.

  

 

Active cable Tesla coil

Active anti aerial protection.

The active cable Tesla coil is wound directly on the outer part of the cable and protects the signal from absorbing the airborne RF noise. This noise is absorbed in the Tesla coil. The active version is about three to four times more efficient than the Passive cable Tesla coil.

 

 

 

Ansuz charged dielectric

Redirects electrical charge.

To provide the best possible signal transmission, Ansuz has implemented this technology in all of its most exclusive series. The idea behind this innovative concept is to electrically charge the insulating layer, which is made of Teflon. Teflon is one of the strongest dielectric materials and ensures the creation of an internal electric field, which makes it possible now to obtain the same charge at a lower voltage.

 

 

Gold Signature double inverted helix coil

Ansuz has implemented the Gold Signature wire in their double inverted helix coildesign on specific cable types. This addition has contributed to a further improvement of the resonance control ensuring an even more consistent signal transport.

Lowest induction.

Ansuz DIHC technology reflects a key advancement in audio technology and is employed in most of Ansuz cable types. Based on this technology, we wind and configure our audio cables. The idea behind this technology is to ensure the lowest possible induction. When the coil and the counter coil are closely wound in a double helix pattern, induction can be significantly reduced.

 

 

Active zirconium cable anti aerial resonance Tesla coil

Based on their studies of the properties of zirconium and their recent experience with the use of zirconium, Ansuz has designed an active zirconium cable anti aerial resonance Tesla coil technology. The new design includes not less than three zirconium bars. Furthermore, the Tesla coil itself is extended as well. The complete solution is improving the signal handling dramatically – both in terms of eliminating noise and controlling resonances, ensuring a crystal-clear sound.
