No. Walk-ins are welcome. If you want to hear a particular component or system, calling or emailing ahead lets us confirm availability, prepare the room, and warm up the equipment before you arrive.

How long should I allow for an audition?

Most listening visits take 30 minutes to an hour, although a detailed comparison may take longer. Tell us what you are considering so we can help plan enough time.

What should I bring to a listening session?

Bring a list of music you know well and enjoy. Room dimensions, photos, and a list of your current equipment can also make the conversation more useful.

Can I request a particular speaker, amplifier, or source?

Can you help if I do not live near Jacksonville?
