The A25+ brings ARCAM’s Class G amplification to a stereo that may have several jobs: records in the evening, television after dinner and a computer or streamer whenever the mood changes. HDMI eARC and USB-C make those connections practical without making the front panel look like mission control.

Its 100-watt-per-channel rating is only part of the story. Class G changes power-supply rails as demand rises, giving the amplifier a way to balance efficiency and dynamic headroom. The right comparison is with your speakers playing your music. We can work through that choice with you.

Class G, and room for more than one kind of source.
The A25+ uses ARCAM’s fifth-generation Class G amplifier design, with a revised power supply and digital section. Its 100-watt rating is measured into 8 ohms with both channels driven across 20Hz–20kHz; the 165-watt, 4-ohm figure uses a 1kHz test. Those are useful specifications, not interchangeable measurements.
USB-C accepts compatible PCM streams up to 384kHz, while the other digital connections top out at 192kHz. HDMI eARC/ARC makes television listening straightforward. Three RCA line inputs and a moving-magnet phono input keep conventional sources in play, and the headphone output is specified for loads from 16Ω to 2kΩ. This is the model to consider when a computer, TV and turntable all have to coexist.
