The announced PA4 is a compact four-channel Class D power amplifier, rated at 4 × 50W in the U.S. product announcement. It is intended to add surround or height amplification to an appropriate AV system. Announced dimensions are 17.2 × 12.7 × 1.75 inches (W × D × H), with a listed weight of 10 lb.
A power amplifier needs a processor or AV receiver with suitable preamplifier outputs. It does not decode Dolby Atmos or switch HDMI sources by itself. We will check the available processing channels, channel assignments and amplifier connections before recommending it for an expansion.
