A closer connection to the performance
The OTTA Theorbo is the step up from the Mandolin, combining a Micro-Ridge diamond with a ruby cantilever and black sandalwood body. OTTA voices it for rich vocals, natural tonal color, and an expansive presentation, keeping musical expression at the center of its design.
Micro-Ridge stylus and precision coils
Theorbo uses a specially wound square 6N OCC coil and a samarium-cobalt magnetic system. An aluminum motor cover helps control resonance. Each completed cartridge undergoes measurements and a listening evaluation.
Mandolin or Theorbo?
Theorbo replaces the Mandolin’s elliptical stylus with a Micro-Ridge profile and uses different electrical and mechanical specifications. Your tonearm and phono stage should guide the choice alongside your listening priorities.
