The Aspen FR5 is a two-way loudspeaker built around PS Audio’s planar-driver approach. This listing is for a matched stereo pair, ready to become the acoustic centerpiece of a system with suitable amplification.

Planar drivers, considered as a system
2.5-inch planar tweeter. These drivers work with one 6.5-inch woofer; one rear 6 × 9-inch passive radiator to cover the music spectrum. Driver construction, crossover behavior, and enclosure loading all contribute to the final response; a listening evaluation in the intended room is more useful than any single specification.

A cabinet with a purpose
A planar tweeter handles the treble while a 6.5-inch woofer and rear passive radiator support the lower range. Place the cabinet on a suitable stable support; dedicated FR5 stands are available separately and secure the speaker to the stand.
